How do you ship?
We ship via UPS and USPS. USPS Priority Mail (typical delivery in 1-3 business days) may be used for small flat rate items and orders shipping to a PO Box.

The Camera Shop is the only party authorized to make changes to your shipment after your order is placed. You will not be able to change your delivery address or have your package held for local pickup at a UPS facility. Please contact us if you need to make any change to your delivery.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Tuesday through Friday before 3:30pm EST typically ship the same business day (applicable for packages shipped via UPS). Orders placed Monday-Friday and normally delivered via USPS will typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday may not ship until the following Tuesday at the latest. Exceptions are made for Holidays recognized by our shipping partners.

When will I receive my package?

Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes.  Purchased products will only be handed over to the online buyer.  Buyers must present a valid government-issued photo ID at time of pick-up.  Any exceptions must be made in advance and are at the sole discretion of The Camera Shop.

Are signatures required?
Yes, a signature is required for all purchases exceeding $500

What if I refuse delivery?
If package is refused at the time of delivery for whatever reason, customer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost after the item is returned and passes inspection.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
With very limited exceptions shipments must be delivered to the address associated with the account of the payment method used.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, provided that all other requirements are met.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated on the product page. The standard shipping charge is $7.00 plus one percent of the total value of the order. For example, if the total value of the order is $500 then the shipping charge would be $12.00. Shipping charges will be clearly presented prior to payment.

Are shipping fees refunded?
Shipping charges will be deducted from any return or refund (this includes orders that originally qualified for free shipping). Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs. The Camera Shop does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The Camera Shop will pay for return shipping in the event that there was an error made filling the order.
